Cancellation Policy
Policy: Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule a service that you have booked with us. To ensure fairness and efficiency in managing cancellations and rescheduling requests, we have established the following policy: 1. Cancellation: a. If you need to cancel a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. You can notify us by phone, email, or any other official communication channel provided by us. b. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be retained by us to cover any costs associated with the cancellation. 2.
